If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Plata Coffee Roasters.

  • Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Plata Coffee Roasters, accessible from platacoffeeroasters.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Return Policy

Coffee

We want you to love your coffee. Although coffee is a non-returnable item, if your experience is anything less than perfect, please reach out to us at customerservice@platacoffeeroasters.com. We are committed to working with you to find a happy solution.

Other Items

For all other items, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@platacoffeeroasters.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
